Sick Again

I started to get really bad diarrhea again last night. I also have a sore throat, sore lungs and the right hand side of my back is sore. I think that I have several infections in my body. So I started taking the antibiotics that I brought with me and I felt much better this morning. It still hurts to breathe though. I realised last night that when I shower, the water often goes in my mouth. This might be one reason that I seem to have continual low-grade diarrhea. I keep my mouth tight shut when I shower now. I was talking with another guy staying at the hotel and he thought that the water from the taps was probably not even fit for washing in.

I'm going to the five star hotel later today to eat and will ask for a doctor recommendation.
