Dying Cow

In one of the lanes near my hotel, a cow is dying. She has rested her head in a pile of garbage, the rest of her body takes up half the lane. Thousands of flies cover her head, excrement leaks from her rear end. As I walked past, a man was staring at her, transfixed by the scene. Others walked past, taking a slighly wider than usual berth. A few feet away there is a store where a man fries food. I wonder what will happen next.
