When pen is placed upon the page
Even in the person third,
But when the hero is a wif,
In darting fish and swooping bird,
The foolish place me in a case
This poem was written in an an eighteenth-century pub. It cost ten pounds fifty: the price of a pint of guinness and a vegetarian lasagne. That's eight pence per word. It took me an hour to compose while eating my dinner. The tools used where a Fisher Space Pen and a brown Moleskine Cahiers (notebook).
