Is there mist above the neatly trimmed borders?
Are you reaching to me?
Would I hurt you if I came too close?
Do you know that night must come?
Are you, in fact, made of me?
Did I form the clouds for you?
Will you miss me while it rains?
If I wait patiently, will you open?
The bee wanders; is my attention constant?
Did I shine on your lush, green leaves yesterday?
Are you a rose, in a garden, dressed in dew?
Am I the sun, gently warming your petals?

Footnote: Is this to a lover? Is this to the reader? Or is this from my spirit to my heart?
